Our Story
In 2015, Nermin Omanovic founded Vita Nova from a single unit operation. With previous experience driving a truck as a company driver and owner-operator, as well as managing several trucking companies’ logistics in the past, he successfully grew the company from its humble beginnings to what it is today. We started with a $15,000 rig in 2015 to now more than 50 units valued at more than $2 million, and that’s just the beginning!
We have carefully grown our business on a foundation of quality service and customer-oriented professional logistics. In 2021, we began adding owner-operators to our group, all of whom are beyond satisfied with our partnership. We offer jobs for company drivers starting at 60 cents a mile, owner-operators with just a 10% fee for the owner, and we also lease trucks with adjustable weekly payments. We accept only the best from our drivers and are proud to offer industry-leading compensation to reflect our values.
Our priority is on fleet maintenance to ensure reliability and on-time service. Our facility is conveniently located less than a quarter-mile off Interstate 165 in south-central Kentucky and boasts a state-of-the-art four-bay maintenance shop, 3,000 square feet of office space, and plenty of parking. We service our equipment in-house, with regular maintenance in under two hours.
With over $1M in revenue monthly, we have proven our approach to logistics successful. Our focus on quality over quantity creates a meaningful relationship with our drivers. We are excited to see Vita Nova continue to excel to greater heights.
